 Barker Bay Outposts is located on Lower Manitou Lake about 18 miles from Esox Landing or 50 air miles from Fort Frances, Ontario. If you are winter travelling, we are located on the snowmobile trail D#116A between Dryden and Fort Frances. People can also snowmobile in off HWY 502 via Vickers Lake.

American Plan:
Includes lodging, 3 meals - Breakfast/dinner in dining room w/ sack lunch or shore lunch kit on water. Light maid service, towels, boat/motor and 6 gallons gas per day, plus boat transportation from Esox landing and back. (Licenses and taxes extra) |

Modified American Plan:
Includes all the American Plan features except boat, motor and gas. |

Housekeeping Plans:
These are fully modern housekeeping cabins w/propane stove and electric refrigerators, toasters, cooking utensils, dishes, towels, linens, blankets, pillows, gas grill and heated w/propane and wood. Electric hookups at dock included. |
Per Cabin:
$60.00 per night, per person for the first four people.
$50.00 per night, per person for the rest of the group.

Boat Rentals:
17' Lund Outfitters 50 HP-4stroke electric start Honda motors, or 18' Crestliners w/50 HP-4stroke electric start Yamaha motors, with full floor, casting platform, pedestal seats, live well, bow mounted trolling motor, depth finder and power trim/tilt, $100.00 daily or $600.00 weekly.

All boats are equipped with graphs, padded swivel seats, landing nets, paddles and life vests, however you may want to bring your own life vest to ensure a proper fit.
(Due to the high cost of equipment, guests using boats and motors without guides are responsible for all physical damage.)

No fixed arrival date/departure days - however minimum length stay of 3 nights. Check in after 2pm and check out 9 am.

A deposit of 30% is required on all reservations, for each cabin reserved. Deposit must be received within 30 days of making the reservation or the reservation will be canceled. Deposits are non-refundable, however at the owners' discretion in case of an emergency it maybe transferred to a future date. Guests must pay for the full duration of their booking regardless of an early departure. Allow 2-3 weeks each way for normal mail service.
